At Sturmans we believe the best selection devices for choosing a system are your eyes and ears. That's why we've set up incredible sound and viewing rooms - where you can sit, relax and sample the amazing products we have to offer. We encourage customers to bring in their favourite CDs and let them discover the differences between various speakers or amplifiers and even cabling. Your sound system is a personal choice - and we make your choice simple.

Our excellent relationship with suppliers means we get invited to new release seminars in Germany, Canada and the U.S. where we're shown the latest developments. This enables us to constantly fine tune and refine our product range to bring you the best.

No commission sales

We've all experienced the pushy salesperson who steers us towards the most expensive product while ignoring our requests. Do you buy from such a person? Definitely not! Therefore, we don't hire them.

Our sales team do not work on commission or have sales quotas - they work as a team - offering genuine enthusiasm about the products they sell. That means, you buy what you want… when you want… and always in a pressure free environment.

Exceptional after-sales servicing and repairs

After purchasing from Sturmans, we reward our customers by providing installation and on-going after sales service. We can repair most products in our workshop and give you a quote before proceeding. Our excellent relationships with suppliers means we can usually get items repaired for you within a reasonable time frame. We stand by everything we sell - and will service your product either in, or out of warranty.

Installation is our driving force

Sturmans do not outsource installing procedures, preferring to offer customers the services of an excellent team in which we have invested considerable time and resources into training.

Larger products such as flat panel screens require the specialised skills that only a trained professional installer can offer - and you'll be shown how to use the product in your home situation to achieve the best results.

Sturmans service a large geographical area and adhere to strict guidelines on OH&S issues. We respect our customers' home environment with our strict cleaning procedures - and honour their privacy by providing un-marked vans when delivering.
